At Paw Puparazzi, we respect & value every customer. We want you to be 100% satisfied & happy with your PawPuparazzi.com purchase because your trust is important to us. Simply put, the following rules apply:
U.S. RETURN REQUESTS BY MAIL
Our flexible 15 calendar day return policy starts from the date of item reception.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Returns must be free of any odors, stains, hair or fur. Proof of purchase is required.

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs and a tracking number is mandatory.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE/ STORE CREDIT
We gladly offer a 7 day window after physically receiving your order to request a refund to whichever form of payment method used or choice of credit. For returns initiated between 8 - 15 calendar days after delivery, only store credit is authorized.
Please allow 10 days to process your return: 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
Returns have carbon footprints. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Consider donating to charity or recycling item. SUSTAINABILITY #1
Depending on your banking institution, it may take some time to process and officially post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval, reach out via our Contact Us page.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Inspect your order upon receipt. For faulty, defective or incorrect items, Contact Us within 72 hours showing images of issue-related return request. We promise to resolve the problem. We’re not responsible for damage caused by pets or shipping.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of certain items, returns are not allowed. This includes perishable goods (foods or flowers), customized special orders, sanitary care products (beauty or wellness) and hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
We take the health of our pets very seriously. Canine Parvovirus is highly contagious. Please note, due to strict hygiene regulations and potential pet skin cross contamination all items that might transmit this or similar diseases are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
Impossible to accept returns on clearance/ sale/ discounted items or e-gift cards.
Non-returnable items are clearly marked on their product page. Please refer to the sizing charts and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
EXCHANGES & SWAPPING
Sorry, no exchanges or swapping. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item in accordance with our return policy and make a new purchase.
ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
Orders can’t be updated, but for security, we verify info. We’re also happy to assist you before buying. Once an order is placed, our return policy takes effect.
DELIVERY CONCERNS
If your delivery notice is received but the package isn’t found: Wait an extra business day; GPS updates may mark premature delivery. Contact your local post office with the tracking number. No refunds for confirmed delivered packages. Our responsibility ends at the warehouse; once tracked, it's between the shipping carrier and you. For lost, stolen or damaged items caused by the shipping company we're not liable. For issues, address the relevant courier.
Contact Us within 30 days of order placement if your item hasn't arrived, and we’ll look into the details. We will not be responsible for notifications beyond that.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For EU shipments, you have a 14 day right to return your order without justification. As above, standard item return conditions apply and receipt is needed.
