Order Processing Times

All orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Detailed tracking is provided for every order we process. You'll receive another notification upon shipment.

Domestic (USA) Delivery Times & Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping time is estimated from the date the order has finished processing. ESTIMATED transit & delivery times are as follows: 2 - 18 Business Days. Please note, approx. timeframes are not a guarantee. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

*LIMITATIONS: The United States shipping policy includes only the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. (excludes U.S. territories, APO/ FPO U.S. military addresses and P.O. boxes).

International Shipping

At this time, we don't offer international shipping services. Our store only ships within the U.S.A.

Shipping - P.O. Boxes

We're currently unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please use an alternative shipping address. It's your responsibility to provide an address that can accept but aren't limited to UPS, FedEx, USPS & DHL carrier deliveries. Customers are responsible for including complete & accurate info on all orders. Delays may occur if a PO Box address somehow passes our system.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Visit our Track Order page for details.

Multiple Shipments Order

Expect Updates: If you've placed a big order with multiple products, each may partially ship from a different warehouse, depending on which has them available the fastest. Likewise, if an item is popular and on backorder, we might ship your merch at different times, in separate packages, to prevent holding up your order & to get it to you ASAP. You'll not incur extra fees under these circumstances.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package can't be delivered and is returned due to refusal, being unclaimed or misinformation (incorrect address), you'll bear non-refundable shipping and handling charges. For reshipment requests, an equivalent charge may apply. If we can't reach you for resolution or you opt not to reship correctly, a 50% restocking fee also applies, and the remaining balance is refunded as store credit.

Important Notice

Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: Invalid address, customs delays, adverse weather conditions or unexpected increase in demand. Due to COVID-19, our delivery times have been extended and may take longer than usual.
